Conventions are a fun and terrific way to learn more about your industry and meet other professionals in your field. They provide the information you need to build on your experience and grow in your profession. As a distinguished transportation company, we’re prepared to make your convention transportation the best it can be!

If you have yet to book transportation for your convention, we take you through the process step-by-step in this article. Once you’ve gone through each step and secured your transportation, your vehicle will be booked and you will be set for the day of your convention! Our reservations specialists usually reach out about a week before the date of your convention to ensure the details and information on file are correct, and to make any needed changes. On the day of your convention, the driver(s) will arrive at the specified pick-up location at the time discussed (usually 5-15 minutes early) with the vehicle(s) you selected. Upon meeting your driver(s), we recommend that you exchange phone numbers so communication can occur throughout your time together. Depending on the length of your convention and the services requested, your vehicle(s) will typically stay at the venue the entire time.

After the services are complete, you are all set! Your reservations specialist may reach out to you a day or two after your convention to ask for feedback on our services. As always, we appreciate having valuable customers like you and can’t wait to assist you with your transportation needs!

Trinity Transportation Donates Buses to Wayne State University’s Baseball Camp

Monday, July 9th, 2018

At the end of June, Wayne State University put on their annual week-long baseball camp in partnership with the Detroit Tigers and Trinity Transportation! Kids ages 7-18 came from all around the Metro Detroit area to advance their baseball skills and learn from the best at this camp. The participating kids visited Comerica Park where they were able to go onto the field for batting practice, received a special tour, and spent time with the players and coaches. The camp ended with the participating kids receiving a tour of WSU’s campus and spending time with WSU’s baseball players and coaches who taught the campers new drills and exercises and showed them what it’s like to be a collegiate athlete. We are proud to support our future baseball players by providing the transportation for this annual camp!

WSU head coach Ryan Kelley said, “It was an exciting and action-packed week of baseball at our annual summer camp. We hope all participants enjoyed spending their time with us in a combined MLB and NCAA environment in our great baseball city of Detroit! I would like to thank the Detroit Tigers Foundation for outstanding leadership, support, and a commitment to helping provide a great experience for all participants. I would also like to thank all of our camp staff, which included current and former NCAA baseball student-athletes, high school coaches, select youth coaches, and former professional baseball players. Plus, Trinity Transportation was instrumental in helping with our ground transportation during camp. On behalf of our camp staff, I would like to wish all participants a great deal of success on and off the field for the remainder of this summer and look forward to seeing you again at future events.”

The week filled with baseball was a success and we are so happy to have been a part of it!

How to Book Your Wedding Transportation

Thursday, April 26th, 2018

Are you planning a wedding and need to secure transportation for your bridal party and wedding guests? Look no further! We have the perfect options for your special day, from our mini coach bus and motor coach bus to our school bus and party bus. Whether you’re looking for a hotel shuttle, bridal party transportation or venue transportation, we can fulfill your needs to make your day spectacular! In this post, we’re going to guide you through the process of booking your wedding transportation so you have one less thing to worry about!

  1. Determine what type of transportation you need for your wedding. Do you only need transportation for the bridal party or will you be transporting guests? If you’re transporting guests, will it be from ceremony to reception or a shuttle from reception to hotel? Once you decide what type(s) of transportation you’ll need, then you can think about the size and needs of the group.
  2. Visit our wedding services page. After completing the first step, take a look at our wedding services page for more information about what we provide for weddings and to view vehicle recommendations. You can also take a look at our fleet page for our full range of vehicles.
  3. Request a quote. Once you have the type of transportation in mind and know your group size and needs, it’s time to request a quote! To do so online, you can follow the (very easy) steps in our handy blog post. If you prefer to request a quote over the phone, you can reach one of our skilled reservations specialists at 877-284-4200.
  4. Converse with a reservations specialist. After requesting a quote online, one of our reservations specialists will contact you to discuss your wedding transportation in more detail. They will assist you in determining which vehicle is best for your special day and will discuss availability and pricing.
  5. Finalize your wedding transportation. Once you have found the perfect vehicle for your wedding day and chat with our reservations specialist, you can finalize the booking of your transportation! We will secure the requested transportation for the date and time(s) needed, and you will receive an email confirmation.

We want you to feel relaxed and worry-free when it comes to transportation on your wedding day. Our goal is to allow you to fully enjoy your special day with the ones you love!

Trips on a Trinity Motor Coach

Thursday, March 29th, 2018

So you’ve planned a group trip that will last two or more days, and you’re wondering how the process works and what to expect…well, we will lay it all out for you! We’re here to provide you with all of the necessary information for what to expect during the process of your motor coach trip so your mind can be at ease when planning.

What to Expect After Booking

After requesting a quote and booking your trip, the motor coach reservations specialist you’ve been in contact with will provide you with a contract/confirmation that contains a trip number, day of departure, and date of return, which is required to be signed and returned. You will also be asked to provide a detailed itinerary and on-site contact, which will ensure there is constant contact between the group and the driver. Once the final itinerary is reviewed, it is sent to our motor coach dispatch department, then a driver is assigned to the trip and given the itinerary. After the driver is assigned to your trip, you will receive the driver’s name, cell phone number, and the number(s) of the bus(es) that will be used for your trip. You will also receive our 24-hour dispatch number in case it is needed. The day before your trip, your motor coach reservations specialist will call you to verbally confirm every detail of your trip is correct.

Day-Of Process

When the day of your trip arrives, the driver(s) will pick you up in your motor coach(es) at the discussed pick-up time and location. You will then be transported to your destination(s). Please note that destinations with travel time longer than 8 hours will require more than one driver for each motor coach. This second driver (or more, depending on travel time) will meet your current driver at a specified location to switch. Since your trip is 2+ days long, you will be required to provide accommodations for your driver at each destination. While at your destination (or each destination if you have more than one), your driver can take you to wherever you need to go – as long as it is included in your itinerary!

After Your Trip

After your trip is over and you return home, you are all set! Our motor coach reservations specialist will reach out to you to see how everything went and for any feedback about your trip.
