Sign-on Bonus Structure, effective March 2024 "X" CDL Credentials Sign-On Bonus Retention Bonus (2 Payouts) Full Bonus Amount None $100 $450 (60 & 120 Worked Days $1,000 Full $500 $750 (60 & 120 Worked Days} $2,000 *The cost of Testing at Trainco ($115) & the cost of CDL License ($45) will be deducted from the 1st half of retention payout after 60 worked days. (subject to change) FOR ALL BONUS LEVELS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR APPROVED SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER THE ONBOARDING PROCESS IS COMPLETED. RETENTION BONUS IS PAID OUT IN 2 PAYOUTS, ONE HALF AFTER 60 WORKED DAYS & THE SECOND HALF AFTER THE FINAL 60 WORKED DAYS TOTALING 120 WORKED DAYS. WORKED DAYS ARE TALLIED AS BOTH AN AM & PM SHIFT BEING WORK OR ALL ASSIGNED TASK FOR ANY GIVEN DAY. HALF WORKED DAYS, FROM CALL OFFS, WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS TOTAL WORKED DAYS. Midday, Evening, & Weekend Trips are Paid Outside of the 6hr Guarantee.** **6hr daily guarantee starts once the driver is out of training and begins home-to-school routes.
