We understand that when venturing into a new industry, you usually have quite a few questions to ask in order to make the right decisions. We know it can be confusing at times, but we want to make the process a little bit easier and smoother. To help you in your transportation quest, we’ve gathered a list of the most frequently asked questions by you, that way you can feel a bit more prepared when beginning your journey with us!


Q: What vehicles can I choose from?
A: We have motor coach buses, mini motor coaches, executive mini motor coaches, school buses, a trolley, party bus, sedans, and vans.

Q: Do you provide a wedding decoration package?
A: We do not provide decoration packages. You are free to decorate the vehicles with items such as magnet signs, banners, etc. We do prohibit adhesive based signage due to the possibility of damaging the vehicle. You are responsible for cleaning up any decorations and are liable for any damage to the vehicle during the installation/removal of your decorations.

Q: Which vehicles have bathrooms onboard?
A: Our party bus, motor coach buses, and executive mini coaches have restrooms onboard.

Q: Do you have GPS tracking on your vehicles?
A: Yes; we utilize a system called Zonar on each of our vehicles to get real time GPS tracking on our vehicles.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Motor coach (full-size motor coach, mini motor coach, executive mini motor coach, party bus) and school bus (school bus, trolley) cancellations must be received 30 days prior to departure to ensure full refund. For prepaid shuttle reservations, we require a 24-hour notice to receive a full refund.

Q: What is your deposit policy?
A: Deposit is $100.00 per vehicle or 10% of the total charter price, whichever is greater. The deposit is due two weeks after you make your reservation and receive your confirmation. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks prior to departure date of the charter and is subject to cancellation if the payment is not paid two weeks prior.

Q: Do you have WiFi access and power outlets?
A: Not all of our vehicles have WiFi & power outlets; only our 56 passenger motor coaches and our 35 passenger executive mini buses do.

Q: Is there tax?
A: There is no tax added onto the quote you receive for your charter.

Q: Is gratuity included/how much is an appropriate tip?
A: Gratuity is not built into the quote you receive from your reservations specialist. It is up to the discretion of the chartering party. Gratuity amounts will vary based on the duration of the trip, service received, and how much the charter costs, but a good benchmark would be to aim for 10%.

Q: What do we get charged if we go over our times?
A: The quote/costs are based on the services that are detailed in your confirmation, but are subject to change in accordance to the actual times of service.

Q: Can we have alcohol on the bus?
A: Yes, you can have alcohol on the bus if all of the passengers are 21 years or older. We do not allow glass bottles on the vehicle. We ask the bus to be left the same way you received it and to clean up any mess that is made. We reserve the right to charge for excess cleaning fees or any damages to the vehicle made by passengers.

Q: Is food allowed on the bus?
A: Yes, but please make sure that you clean up after yourself and throw away any trash.

Q: Do all of your vehicles come with a driver?
A: Yes, all of our vehicles that are rented are supplied with a driver. To operate a Trinity owned vehicle, you need to be employed here.
