Thursday, May 24th, 2018

The holidays are approaching, and that means vacations are coming! We know getting ready for vacations can be hectic and stressful, but we’re ready to take some of the stress away by being your go-to airport transportation. With our array of vehicles, we can accommodate your every need, from small to large groups, along with handicap accessible vehicles.

If you have yet to book your transportation, we walk you through that process in this article. Once you’ve gone through those steps, your vehicle will be booked and you’ll be all set for your trip! If you’ve booked transportation to the airport, on the day of your trip, your driver will arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. This is to allow enough time for you to get your things together and meet your driver outside of your pick-up location. The driver will then take you to the departures section at the airport and help you unload your luggage with a sendoff for a great expedition!

If you’re booking transportation from the airport, we ask that you do it at least 24 hours in advance. Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will meet you in the arrivals section by the baggage claim. Your driver will help you carry your luggage to their vehicle, which will be parked in the parking structure. Once you are all situated in the vehicle, you will be off to your destination!

Booking your airport transportation with Trinity is the one ingredient that will provide relaxing travel time for you and your guests. We can’t wait to help make your trip the best it can be!

Whether you’re looking for a hotel shuttle, bridal party transportation or venue transportation, we can fulfill your needs to make your day spectacular! In this post, we’re going to guide you through the process of booking your wedding transportation so you have one less thing to worry about!

  1. Determine what type of transportation you need for your wedding. Do you only need transportation for the bridal party or will you be transporting guests? If you’re transporting guests, will it be from ceremony to reception or a shuttle from reception to hotel? Once you decide what type(s) of transportation you’ll need, then you can think about the size and needs of the group.
  2. Visit our wedding services page. After completing the first step, take a look at our wedding services page for more information about what we provide for weddings and to view vehicle recommendations. You can also take a look at our fleet page for our full range of vehicles.
  3. Request a quote. Once you have the type of transportation in mind and know your group size and needs, it’s time to request a quote! To do so online, you can follow the (very easy) steps in our handy blog post. If you prefer to request a quote over the phone, you can reach one of our skilled reservations specialists at 877-284-4200.
  4. Converse with a reservations specialist. After requesting a quote online, one of our reservations specialists will contact you to discuss your wedding transportation in more detail. They will assist you in determining which vehicle is best for your special day and will discuss availability and pricing.
  5. Finalize your wedding transportation. Once you have found the perfect vehicle for your wedding day and chat with our reservations specialist, you can finalize the booking of your transportation! We will secure the requested transportation for the date and time(s) needed, and you will receive an email confirmation.

We want you to feel relaxed and worry-free when it comes to transportation on your wedding day. Our goal is to allow you to fully enjoy your special day with the ones you love!

Your Motor Coach Fleet Questions Answered

Monday, February 5th, 2018

We have received many questions about our fleet over the years, so we’ve answered the ones heard most frequently and separated them by division for your convenience. Keep an eye out for two more installments: school bus and sedan!

Q: On overnight trips, is the driver’s room included in the price of the quote?
A: No, the driver’s room is not included in the price provided by our reservations specialists. Driver accommodations need to be made by the chartering party. If the chartering party does not make lodging accommodations for the driver, they will be billed for the rooms at a minimum of $150 a night or the cost of the room.

Q: Can I bring a cooler onto the bus?
A: Yes, you may bring a cooler on any of our vehicles. Glass bottles are prohibited, and please clean up after yourself or you may be subject to cleaning fees and/or damages.

Q: Do I pay for parking and tolls?
A: The cost of bridge tolls, highway tolls, entrance or other fees (e.g. parking, park entrance, etc.) are not included in the cost of the charter. It is the responsibility of the chartering party to pay for these expenses.

Q: Do coach buses go out of state?
A: Yes, our coach buses can go out of state and into Canada. We’ve sent our coaches to almost everywhere in the continental United States, even as far as Alaska.

Q: Is there a discount for renting more than one bus?
A: The quotes we provide for service will take all variables into account to provide you with the lowest possible rate for your charter. Discounts are based on all variables and all details provided.

Q: Does your party bus have a sound system? What about a refrigerator?
A: Yes, our party bus has a high quality sound system with an aux port and CD player. It is also equipped with five mini bars and enough cup holders for your entire party.
