Thanksgiving is a time of reflection and gratefulness, where we show appreciation for what we have and the people who enrich our lives. At Trinity Transportation, we are extremely grateful for our clients, our employees, and everyone who helps keep our company running. Without you, our business wouldn’t be possible.

Every year, as a small token of gratitude, Trinity Transportation gifts a turkey to each employee to use during the holidays. Over 1,000 turkeys were ordered for our wonderful employees in hopes to spread some happiness this holiday season. Our leadership team, including Chief Operating Officer Jeff Carnicom, traveled to all ten of Trinity’s terminals to hand-deliver the turkeys, which was the perfect way to start the Thanksgiving break.

At Trinity Transportation, we love celebrating the holidays and sharing the joy of the season with everyone! For more pictures of this week’s events, please visit our Facebook page.

Thankful and Grateful

Every year for Thanksgiving, Trinity Transportation gives each employee a turkey for their holiday table, and we were excited to do it again this year! We handed out turkeys to our 1,000+ employees, helping to spread some holiday cheer. The marketing team, Chief Financial Officer Matt White, and Chief Operating Officer Dave Holls traveled to Trinity’s terminals to hand deliver turkeys to employees, which was the perfect way to start our Thanksgiving break.

Since Thanksgiving is about recognizing what we’re grateful for, we asked employees to write down what they are thankful for, and we received some wonderful answers!

At Trinity, we’re thankful for our clients and our employees, and wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving!

Trinity Transportation’s 1st Annual Baseball Outing

Tuesday, June 5th, 2018

Here at Trinity, we wanted to show employees a fun time and start summer off right – what better way to do that than take everyone to a Detroit Tigers baseball game?! We were excited to provide employees with a ticket to the game, food voucher, and custom designed t-shirt. Of course, being a transportation company, we also provided transportation for those who wanted it!

The day started with buses arriving at the park 40 minutes before game time, giving employees a chance to walk around, get food, or visit the team store. The weather was perfect for a baseball game! While the Tigers were off to a semi-rough start, they came back strong and won the game 7-4 against the Toronto Blue Jays.

See what some of our employees had to say about the outing!

Sherrie Presley, school bus driver, said, “I loved the fact that we got to bring a family member and the reuniting of people I’ve worked with over the years. It was an overall amazing day and I felt very appreciated as an employee!”

Renee Holmes, school bus aide, enjoyed her time at the game: “I always go to Comerica Park and I had so much fun at this game!”

Jessica Schwartz, dispatcher, went with her daughter and they had a ball! She said, “The game was lots of fun! We didn’t ride the bus down, but we enjoyed ourselves. The game itself was nice, the weather was nice, and we all had a good time!”

We loved our time together on June 2nd; it was a great game and an all-around fun day! We can’t wait for our next company outing!
