Trinity Lowers Driver Applicant Age to 21

Trinity doesn’t just hire drivers.  We create experiences.  Our customer care and safety is our #1 priority and our quality drivers are what makes this happen.

To bring in more quality drivers, Trinity Transportation has changed the requirements allowing for younger drivers to now become part of the Trinity family.  Effective immediately driver applicants’ minimum age requirement has been lowered to 21, with no driving infractions.  An applicant can be 21 years old, but they are required to have had their driver’s license for at least 3 years and have had zero driving infractions. Those 22 or 23 years old will be considered with up to one minor moving violation, within the past two years.

At Trinity, we take the time to make sure our drivers, dispatchers, and mechanics are well-trained and prepared to serve our customers. Don’t have a CDL? Trinity Transportation offers paid training to help you obtain your commercial driver’s license. If you’re a current truck driver with over the road experience, we want you as well!
