Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Motorcoach bookings are fully refundable 30 days prior to departure unless an exception is made by us. If the charter is not canceled 15 days prior to the trips departure then the deposit will be held by Trinity and the remaining balance will be refunded back to the customer. Due to vendor policies exceptions do apply.

Payment Policy:

Trinity Transportation request a 10% or $100 deposit per coach, whichever is greater, at least two weeks after booking a charter and a final payment due 15 days prior to the trips departure
